These records must be maintained in an identifiable and retrievable format and made available for inspection at our licensed premises when lawfully requested by a police officer or authorised officer of the Council.
Other information may be retained for longer where this is necessary for legitimate business purposes, accounting and tax requirements, contractual obligations, insurance purposes, dispute resolution or to comply with other legal obligations.
